Kuehne + Nagel opens sea freight terminal in Sweden
Kuehne + Nagel has opened a new sea freight terminal at the ProLogis Park in Gothenburg, Sweden.
The Swiss logistics firm said the facility, with 4,800 square meters of warehousing space and 200 square-meter-office space, is its new less-than-containerload gateway to the Nordic region.
The terminal is located close to the Port of Gothenburg and Landvetter International Airport.
'We are committed to developing our LCL product in the Nordic region,' said Peter Ulber, chief executive of Kuehne + Nagel, North West Europe.
'Our investment in Gothenburg further enhances our existing range of sea freight services in the Nordic countries, and I am delighted to announce this new addition to the portfolio.'
