LANDSTAR ADDS NVOCC SERVICES    Landstar Logistics Inc., the subsidiary of Jacksonville, Fla.-based Landstar System Inc., said it is now a licensed non-vessel-operating common carrier, offering full containerload export service from the United States.
   “This is a natural progression of our current service offerings,” said Jim Hertwig, president of Landstar Logistics. “It enables us to provide a full range of transportation solutions through a single source and will prove indispensable to our small-shipment exporters.”
   Services will include cargo tracking, warehouse/consolidation, cross-docking and weekly sailings to worldwide ports.
   Landstar Logistics operates through a nationwide network of independent agents, providing customs brokerage, intermodal and logistics services.
