Lanetix offers free workflow marketplace for transportation and logistics industry

The cloud-based solutions provider aggregates workflow tools from partners to give transportation and logistics managers a way to improve CRM and collaboration.    The logistics customer relationship management solutions provider Lanetix released what it dubs the Workflow Marketplace, where logistics managers can access a dozen preconfigured workflows in a free download.
   The marketplace aggregates top industry workflow tools from various Lanetix partners.
   One of the tools is a quarterly business plan workflow designed to move QBR from email to a collaborative digital environment. Another is designed to streamline responses to requests for proposal, while yet another focuses on customer on-boarding, unblocking bottlenecks from sales-to-operations.
   “These workflows address critical business processes, identified and created by industry thought leaders including Penn State Center for Supply Chain Research (CSCR), Spear Marketing and others,” Lanetix said in a statement.
   Lanetix provides cloud-based CRM, workflow and collaborative tools aimed specifically at the transportation and logistics industry.
