Leaman Logistics becomes CLX

   Effective immediately, ChemLogix parent Leaman Logistics has changed its name to CLX Logistics LLC for greater integration with its subsidiary companies.
   CLX, which said the name change also represents an expansion in its operations and logistics services, is the parent company of ChemLogix Global, a provider of international logistics services, and VistaLogix Global, an international provider of logistics management and technology services across industry verticals.
    “The new parent company name – CLX Logistics LLC  – more closely aligns itself to all existing subsidiary names, eliminating any confusion while utilizing the popular CLX nomenclature used by many of our customers to refer to our business,” said Steve Hamilton, chief executive officer and president of ChemLogix, LLC, in a statement.
   Hamilton said there are no changes to business operations.
