LeanLogistics shuffles management

LeanLogistics shuffles management    LeanLogistics, a transportation management system applications and supply chain services provider, has appointed Matt Ahearn to president, effective immediately.
   This follows the appointment of former president and chief executive officer, Dan Dershem, to senior vice president of logistics at CHEP, a LeanLogistics sister company within parent Brambles Ltd. In this new role, Dershem will lead the adoption of LeanLogistics' technology throughout CHEP's global operations. He will continue to operate from the LeanLogistics headquarters in Holland, Mich.
   Ahearn was previously chief operating officer at LeanLogistics. He joined the company as vice president of finance following financial and manufacturing positions at Johnson Controls and Sara Lee.
   Chris Timmer has been appointed chief operating officer, having previously been senior vice president of business development and marketing. Timmer, a 20-year industry veteran, has been with LeanLogistics since 2000 and previously served in operations and sales capacities at Total Logistic Control and Johnsonville Foods.
   Tim Hinson was named global senior vice president of supply chain solutions. He previously served as the LeanLogistics' vice president of operations. Hinson has spent the past 20 years leading transportation and supply chain operations for companies such as Total Logistic Control and Schneider Logistics.
