Lines to raise U.S. rates to Oceania

   Carrier members of the United States Australasia Discussion Agreement said Tuesday they are increasing rates for U.S. exports to Australia and New Zealand by $250 per 20-foot container and $500 per 40-foot container, effective Feb. 15.

   The increase applies to dry and reefer shipments to all ports in Australia and New Zealand. The increases are non-binding.

   USADA members are CMA CGM, Hamburg Sud, Hapag-Lloyd, Marfret, Maersk Line, and U.S. Lines.
