Simone has more than 20 years of experience in transportation and logistics, many of those at the senior executive level. Most recently, he was president and chief operating officer of Greatwide Logistics Services. Prior to that, he was senior vice president of the truckload division at UPS Freight. Simone was also with Ryder Transportation Services for 16 years where he led fleet operations in the Northeast region.
