Logistics park in Shanghai gains five new customers

The integrated commercial and industrial property group’s logistics park next to the Pudong International Airport’s third runway has secured five new major customer commitments totaling 98,120 square meters.    The Goodman Group, an integrated commercial and industrial property group, has secured five new major customer commitments totaling 98,120 square meters at the Goodman Pudong Airport Logistics Park (GPALP), the company said Wednesday.
   The GPALP is located next to the Pudong International Airport’s third runway, which is solely dedicated for cargo.
   The five customers that recently committed to GPALP include:
     • China Postal Express & Logistics, China’s leading postal services provider;
     • DSV, a Danish supply chain specialist;
     • NTS Logistics Management Company, a leading Chinese integrated transportation firm;
     • Shi Hao Vehicle Logistics Solutions, a Chinese vehicle logistics company;
     • And Success Master Consultancy Co. Ltd., an automobile pre-delivery inspection service provider.
   Based in Sydney, Australia, Goodman has a presence in 16 countries with 406 properties under management, according to the company’s website.
