Logwin opens Dongguan office

Logwin opens Dongguan office    Logistics company Logwin said Monday it has opened a new office in the Pearl River Delta as it expands its presence in China.
   The company has opened an office in Dongguan, one of China's key manufacturing cities, to complement existing offices in Guangzhou and Shenzhen. The company has also named as branch managers Park Li in Guangzhou and Rhett Dai in Shenzhen.
   Logwin said it plans to expand further in South China as well as in central and western parts of the country.
   'Much of the focus of development in recent years has been on Shanghai and the Yangtze Delta, where we are already well positioned, but Guangdong is still the industrial heartland of China and the engine for growth across the Pan Pearl River Delta region,' said Thomas Sonntag, managing director of Far East Asia at Logwin.
