Long Beach mayor, port officials on European ôgreenö trip    A delegation of Port of Long Beach officials is joining Long Beach Mayor Bob Foster on a two-week overseas trip to boost environmental cooperation with counterparts at ports in England, Germany, France, Switzerland and the Netherlands.
   The delegation, which also includes port commissioners Mario Cordero and Nick Sramek, left Sunday, though Cordero is expected to join the group later this week. The port is picking up the tab for the entire delegation.
   Foster, who has been actively pushing along efforts at the port to mitigate port-generated pollution, led a similar delegation though several Asia countries last year.
   During the trip, Foster's delegation will meet with European port officials, lawmakers and environmental groups.
   Key stops on the trip include a meeting with representatives of the International Maritime Organization to plead for stricter global emission standards on oceangoing vessels and a visit to the United Nations' Global Warming offices in Switzerland.
