LUFTHANSA JOINS CHINESE HANDLING VENTURE
   Lufthansa Cargo has formed a joint venture with two Chinese companies to
provide air cargo handling at Shanghai’s new international airport.
   Lufthansa’s two partners in the $50-million, 20-year agreement are
Shanghai Airport Group and JHJ International forwarding.
   Lufthansa will own 29 percent of the handling firm, JHJ will own 20
percent and Shanghai Airport Group will own the majority 51 percent stake.
