Lufthansa has offered freight capacity on its daily Munich/Guangzhou passenger flight as well as several freighter flights per week to Hong Kong in partnership with Cathay Pacific.
The German airline’s cargo business in China has grown 72 percent in the past year.
Lufthansa also said it would remove Karachi, Pakistan, from its winter schedule for director freight flights, instead serving Lahore, but offered no details.
