LYKES ADDS CUSTOMS CLEARANCE SERVICES    To become a one-stop shop for shippers, Lykes Lines said that it will offer Customs clearance services to customers in the United States, the U.K., Mexico and Brazil from April 15.
   Lykes will be able to arrange Customs filings for U.S. exporters, in-transit entries for U.S. importers, and import Customs clearance in the U.S., the U.K., Brazil and Mexico.
   “We expect that most cargo coming into the U.S. will be customs cleared before the cargo even arrives at the port of discharge,” a spokesman for the company said,
   The carrier also recently introduced a cargo insurance service for shippers, arranged in conjunction with an insurance broker.
