Madala acquires Keogh Consulting

Madala acquires Keogh Consulting    Cleveland-based Keogh Consulting Inc., a supply chain management consulting firm, said Tuesday that Ravindra Madala, president and chief executive officer, has acquired full ownership of the company.
   Earlier this year, Madala acquired shares held by Frank Renshaw, co-founder and former president, and in July, Madala acquired the remaining shares held by Tom Guschke, the company’s executive vice president.
   Guschke will continue with the company as principal consultant and is expected to retire in December 2010. Renshaw will also stay with Keogh, focusing on new business development, practice improvement and associate development.
   Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
