MAERSK ENDS TP6A TEMPORARY PACIFIC SERVICE
Maersk Line has discontinued its TP6A temporary
transpacific container service, as planned.
Maersk launched the weekly Hong Kong/Yantian/Long Beach/Hong Kong
service in August to cater for peak season cargo in the Pacific trade.
The service employed four vessels of about 1,800-TEU capacity.
