The rates on the westbound transpacific will be hiked $160 per 20-foot container, $200 per 40-foot or 40-foot high-cube container, and $250 per 45-foot high-cube container from May 1.
Other increases include:
- From Central America and Mexico to others parts of Central America, the Caribbean, and the east and west coasts of South America, $100 per 20-foot and $150 per 40-foot or 45-foot high-cube dry cargo container, and $250 per 40-foot or 45-foot high-cube reefer container, effective from April 1
- From the Far East to the east coast of South America, $600 per 20-foot container and $1,200 per 40-foot, 40-foot high-cube, or 45-foot high-cube container
- From the Far East to southern Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands, $300 per 20-foot container and $600 per 40-foot or 40-foot high-cube container, from May 1
- From New Zealand to the Indian Subcontinent, $200 per 20-foot container and $400 per 40-foot container from May 1
- From the east coast of South America to the southern Mediterranean and Black Sea, $500 per dry container from May 1
- From the east coast of South America to Northern Europe, the Middle East, Algeria, France (Mediterranean Area), Italy, Morocco, Portugal, Spain and Tunisia, $300 per container from May 1
- From Northern Europe, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Egypt, Georgia, Greece, Israel, Lebanon, Romania, Slovenia, Syria, Turkey and Ukraine to the east coast of South America, 400 euros per dry container
- From Algeria, France (Mediterranean Area), Italy, Morocco, Portugal, Spain and Tunisia to the east coast of South America, 300 euros per dry container
- From Europe, the Black Sea, North Africa and the Middle East to the east coast of South America, 300 euros per reefer container
