The acquisition of D’Click Logistics, a licensed customs broker and IATA freight agent, brings a wide range of competencies to Maersk Logistics in France, the Danish logistics group said.
Maersk Logistics has achieved a growth of more than 50 percent a year since it was established and has clients in the high-tech industry, cosmetics, and car manufacturing.
D’Click Logistics provides an emergency delivery service at the Paris and Nice airports.
After the acquisition, Maersk Logistics will have more than 200 employees in France, located in eight offices. Maersk Logistics is part of the A.P. Moller group.
