The Maersk unit will manage two new distribution centers for IKEA in Torsvik, Sweden.
One facility will handle furniture and accessories being shipped to stores in Scandinavia and North America.
The other center in Torsvik will be used for direct deliveries to customers in the Nordic region, which is the source of most of IKEA’s goods.
