Maersk Logistics launches Spective integrative software    Maersk Logistics, a provider of technology for supply chain management, has released its new Spective software, which integrates information from all parties in a supply chain with an overview of their business.
   Spective, developed by Maersk Logistics after more than 60 client interviews, comprises 'a holistic, end-to-end supply chain strategy' that integrates logistics with finance, marketing and general management, according to Soren K. Brandt, global managing director of Maersk Logistics.
   'For international companies, the global sourcing of increasingly varied products and materials has become the key to cost efficiency and improved competitiveness,' Brandt said in a statement. The new software melds visibility with business practices and strategy.
   Maersk Logistics is part of the A.P. Moller-Maersk Group, which has 60,000 employees in 125 countries.
