MAERSK SEALAND SETS UP 24-HOUR ONLINE HELP DESK

   Maersk Sealand has set up a 24-hour five-day-a-week online 'live help' customer service desk in Asia.

   The help service is offered by Maersk Sealand in Asia and North America. It covers the services on maersksealand.com, from the first-time user registration to online booking, shipping instructions and printing of the Web bill of lading, the Danish carrier said.

   Maersk Sealand is the latest carrier to have announced the relocation of back office activities to Asia.
