The carrier's North Europe/Greece/Turkey (Scanmed) service will add a call at Istanbul, after Piraeus and before Izmir.

The North Europe/Israel (Euromed) service will be discontinued. The service coverage will be replaced by Adriatic Express service and a cooperative effort with Mediterranean Shipping Co.

The Adriatic/Israel (Adriatic Express) service will deploy three vessels on a weekly rotation. The rotation is Gioia Tauro, Koper, Trieste, Venezia, Ravenna, Gioia Tauro, Ashdod, Haifa and Gioia Tauro.

An agreement between Mediterranean Shipping Co. and Maersk Sealand will merge their respective services into one. Under the agreement Maersk Sealand will acquire the rights to one of four vessels to be deployed and the equivalent space.
