Maersk shuffles Med feeders

Maersk shuffles Med feeders    Maersk Line said this week it is amending four of its intra-Med services 'in conjunction with the start of the Israel-Russia reefer season.'
   The changes affect the line's F19, F07, F25 and F08 services, all feeders based out of Maersk's hub in Port Said, Egypt.
   The F19 will now have a rotation of Port Said; Ashdod, Israel; Novorossiysk, Russia; Mersin, Turkey; and Port Said. Calls at Izmir, Turkey, have been dropped in favor of the new call at Mersin.
   Izmir, meanwhile, will now be served on the F07 service, which has a rotation of Port Said; Izmir; Izmit Korfezi, Turkey; Haydarpasa, Turkey; Gemlik, Turkey; Izmir; and Port Said. Mersin is dropped from this service, as well as on the F25 service, which now has a rotation of Port Said; Tartous, Syria; Latakia, Syria; and Port Said.
   Tartous has been added on the F25 at the expense of its call on the F08, which now has a rotation of Port Said, Beirut, and Port Said.
