Maersk to raise Asia/ECSA rates
Maersk Line said Tuesday it intends to raise rates on trades from Asia to the East Coast of South America.
The planned increases to East Coast South America ports are $500 per TEU from the Far East, effective Sept. 1, and $200 per 20-foot container and $400 per 40-foot container from the Indian Subcontinent.
