MAERSK UPGRADES INDIAN OCEAN FEEDERS

   Maersk Line is upgrading the frequency of its feeder
service connecting the Indian Ocean islands of La Reunion and Mauritius from fortnightly
to weekly.
From next month (August), Maersk will run two complementary fortnightly feeder strings
between the islands and the carrier’s MidEast hub of Salalah, Oman.
    String A will have a rotation of Salalah, Port Reunion, Port Louis,
Toamasina, Durban, Maputo, Beira, Nacala, Victoria and Salalah.
The vessel itinerary of String B will be Salalah, Port Reunion, Port Louis and Salalah.
