Management Dynamics launches tariff software for NVOCCs    Management Dynamics, a provider of contract management software, has introduced a new application aimed at simplifying the handling of non-vessel-operating common carrier tariffs.
   The new NVOCC Tariff Publisher software, a module of the company’s Rate Explorer application, updates and posts rate tariff changes in-house, without involving a third-party publisher.
   “For years, we have used third-party publishers to maintain our rate tariff, but as our business has grown, the costs of this service have become significant,” said Alan Baer, president of Ocean World Lines, a subsidiary of Pacer International.
   “The NVOCC Tariff Publisher module substantially reduces these costs and gives my organization more control over the management of our rate tariff,” Baer said.
   Management Dynamics is based in East Rutherford, N.J.
