Through the first six months of 2010, volume at the port's deep sea Fos terminal rose 12 percent to 375,203 TEUs, while intra-Mediterranean volume rose 36 percent to 135,616 TEUs (though that growth was somewhat helped by low volumes in early 2009 caused by frequent strikes at the intra-Med terminal).
