Maryland Port Authority names security director
The Maryland Port Administration has named Homer J. Williams to fill the newly created position of director of security.
Williams is a former special agent with U.S. Customs who rose to assistant commissioner in charge of internal intelligence and security activities. Since he retired in 2002 as a special advisor on enforcement he has worked as a teacher in Prince George’s County.
