Massey selected for Orlando Expressway Authority

Massey selected for Orlando Expressway Authority Gov. Charlie Crist has named Harvey L. Massey of Winter Park to the Orlando-Orange County Expressway Authority, a special district state agency charged with building and managing the expressway system in Central Florida.
   Massey is chairman and chief executive officer of Massey Services Inc. He is a former executive for Orkin, and is on the Orlando board of directors for Wachovia Bank. He also serves as chairman of the Winter Park Memorial Hospital Foundation. He graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, completed the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard University and served in the Army Security Agency.
   His term runs from Feb. 1 through Jan. 3, 2009. He succeeds Allen E. Keen.
