Leone previously held the post in 2003-2004, making him the first person in AAPA's 98-year history to serve as chairman twice.
Leone held numerous positions in the U.S. Coast Guard for 22 years, including Northeast regional counsel. He came to Massport in 1993 as counsel to Massport's maritime department before becoming port director in 1998.
