MATSON INTERMODAL ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENTS

MATSON INTERMODAL ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENTS    Matson Intermodal System, the Oakbrook Terrace, Ill.-based intermodal marketing company, has named Theodore 'Ted' Fisk as manager, intermodal services, and Harvie W. Duran and Marion Dougherty as directors of national accounts.
   Fisk, a 25-year intermodal industry veteran, was director, strategic account services for the Hub Group. He spent 13 years at the Hub Group, holding positions including manager, marketing, and manager, market development. Prior to that, he worked for Santa Fe Railway for 12 years as a senior analyst.
   Duran was associate vice president, national accounts for the Clipper Group. He previously held positions of vice president, national accounts, at GST Corp. for one year, Alliance Shippers for one year, and the Hub Group for seven years.
   Dougherty was regional manager, national accounts, for four years with the Hub Group. Prior to that she spent four years at Quality Intermodal, where she was promoted to vice president, logistics. She also worked for Conway Intermodal and APL Distribution Service.
