MavenWire buys EII APAC for Oracle boost

   MavenWire, a provider of consulting, hosting, training, and application development in the global trade management (GTM) and Oracle systems space, has made two acqusitions to boost its Oracle-based offerings.
   The acquisitions include Singapore-based Integration Pte Ltd. and Enterprise Integration Pty Ltd. of Australia, collectively known as EII APAC.
   MavenWire said the companies will boost its efforts through a unified global team in the Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) space. Beyond OTM, MavenWire will also offer support and services around Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition and Oracle Fusion Middleware.
   MavenWire’s new team will work on global deployments and the company said it provides a greater experience in the Asia-Pacific region. All EII APAC employees will be retained and integrate with MavenWire, and all existing EII APAC contracts and obligations will be honored by MavenWire.
   In addition, the company will expand its OTM and GTM offerings to existing EII APAC customers.
