The i-Menzies app – available on the iPhone, Android and Blackberry devices – was downloaded by more than 500 retailers during a three-month trial and is now being offered to all of its 12,000 customers, the company said.
The app is a mobile extension of its existing online services that were developed six years ago to help retailers manage their accounts. Both mobile and Web services are supported by Menzies Distribution customer service.
Menzies Distribution is one of the two main divisions of John Menzies plc, a Scottish business established in 1833. Menzies Distribution is a large distributor of newspapers and magazines throughout the United Kingdom.
