Mercury opens EMEA branch

   The transportation management software company MercuryGate last week said it has partnered with the U.K.-based e4Data Systems to establish its Europe/Middle East/Africa region.
   MercuryGate TMS is widely used by global logistics service providers and shippers across all vertical markets.
   “We’ve always had the ability to plan and execute complex, multi-leg, cross ocean, cross-border, multi-modal shipments,” said MercuryGate Chief Executive Officer Monica Wooden in a statement. “The global demand for robust, flexible TMS solutions is growing rapidly and this partnership will help support the increased demand we are seeing in this market.”
   MercuryGate TMS is available licensed or on a software-as-a-service basis, deployed in a true multi-tenant environment, on dedicated servers, or behind a client’s firewall. – Eric Johnson
