Metalcraft, a Mason City, Iowa-based company that specializes in nameplates and labels including those with barcodes and radio frequency identification device tags, has expanded its sales organization and device support to meet customer demands around ID services.
Starting in July, Julia Deets will serve as the company’s vice president of sales and marketing, while Marianne Alvarado will be promoted to a sales manager position. Both have been with the company for more than 12 years. The company has also added sales representatives for new and existing territories to meet expanding demand.
The company said it is seeing an uptick in customer needs and requests for more devices and solutions around ID applications and nameplates. It said its specialty is creatng durable ID solutions and systems that can withstand harsh environments and resist acids, solvents, high temperatures, salt air and water, and UV rays.
