Mexican freight company exposed for drug ties    A Mexican air cargo airline last week was identified by the U.S. Treasury Department as belonging to a South American drug syndicate.
   The Office of Foreign Assets Control designated the Sinaloa Cartel headed by Alejandro Flores Cacho as a foreign drug trafficker. Under the law, U.S. residents are prohibited from doing businesses with designated drug traffickers and government has frozen assets traffickers may have in United States.
   Among the entities listed as part of Cacho's drug organization is Mexico-City based Aero Express Intercontinental S.A. de C.V.
   The Treasury Department said Aero Express helped the cartel transport drugs and money.
   The Sinaloa Cartel also operates in Colombia.
