Meyran joins Massport from APM Terminals
The Massachusetts Port Authority has appointed APM Terminals’ Michael Meyran as its deputy port director of operations to oversee the Port of Boston's maritime facilities, including Conley Container Terminal and the Black Falcon Cruise Terminal.
Meyran was senior general manager of global operations for APM Terminals, A.P. Moller – Maersk Group’s container terminal subsidiary based in the Hague, Netherlands. Prior to that, he served as general manager of operations at Pier 400 in Los Angeles, and operations manager at Pier J/G in Long Beach. He has also worked as assistant operations manager for Maersk Pacific in Long Beach, and port coordinator for Maersk SeaLand (now Maersk Line), based in Atlanta.
