Miami-Dade Aviation Department is looking for 'customer service heroes' working at Miami International Airport.
The search is for the department's 'Reward and Recognition' program, which brings attention to outstanding instances of customer service by anyone working at the airport. Past 'heroes' have included a ticket agent who helped a grieving family get flights to a funeral, and an American Airlines fleet service clerk who carried a disabled child on her back down a long terminal, while the worker was on her break.
