Miami WIT sets networking event

Miami WIT sets networking event The Miami Women in International Trade chapter is having a holiday networking event Dec. 12 in Coral Gables.
   The new board of directors and chapter leadership will be on hand to meet with WIT members and prospective members. In addition to new president Deborah Stern, those expected to attend include Marti Mang, executive vice president, the who is with Total Bank; Margaret Cullen, vice president, who is with the Consulate General of Canada; Samantha Zerbe, secretary, from the Broward County Office of Economic Development; Jennifer Diaz, treasurer, with the law firm Becker & Poliakoff; Helen Picard, chairman and immediate past president, of P M Consulting Group; Jelena Meisel, programs chair, from the World Trade Center Miami; Audrey Nielsen, membership chair, from C.H. Robinson; Megan Kat, WIT representative, from BGT Partners; Claudia Bailly, communications chair, from C.E. Bailly & Associates; and Michelle Salem, Web site supervisor, from 19CFR Trade Consulting.
   The event will be held 6-8 p.m. at Wolfe's Wine Shop, 124 Miracle Mile, in Coral Gables. Those planning to attend should register online by Monday at www.wit-miami.org.
