MINETA, FRENCH MINISTER GAYSSOT TO SIGN OPEN-SKIES AGREEMENT JAN. 22
U.S. Secretary of Transportation Norman Mineta and Jean-Claude Gayssot, French minister of Infrastructure, Transport, and Housing, will sign the open-skies aviation agreement between the U.S. and France on Jan. 22, in Washington.
The agreement, reached Oct. 19, eliminates restrictions on air services in the U.S.-France market.
