MISC subsidiary to establish LNG joint venture with Samsung Heavy Industries
Samsung Heavy Industries Co. Ltd. and Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Sdn Bhd (MMHE), a subsidiary of MISC Berhad, have entered into a joint venture agreement to provide maintenance and refurbishment services to liquefied natural gas carrier ship-owners.
MMHE will own 70 percent of the joint venture, with Samsung Heavy Industries owning the remaining share.
