Mobile terminal receives Brazil steel    The Alabama State Port Authority said Monday its Pinto Steel Terminal received its first shipment of Brazilian-made steel slab bound for the ThyssenKrupp Steel USA steel mill in Calvert, Ala.
   The shipment of 2,216 slabs, or 50,000 metric tons, of steel were manufactured by a ThyssenKrupp CSA Sider'rgica do Atl'ntico mill located on Sepetiba Bay in the state of Rio de Janeiro.
   The Brazilian plant will serve as the primary source of carbon steel slab for the ThyssenKrupp Steel mill in Calvert and will deliver an estimated 3 million metric tons annually through the port authority's Pinto Steel Terminal.
   Jimmy Lyons, director and chief executive officer for the port authority, said a second shipment is already on its way.
