The new company, named Euro Marine Logistics NV, has its offices in Meise (Brussels), Belgium.
“By consolidating the activities and knowledge of the companies into a new entity, EML aims to establish a first class European short sea company, delivering the best possible services,” the firms said.
EML will operate 13 vessels in European waters, and will be among the top three vehicle short sea operators in Europe. EML has a short sea fleet that includes small (capacity for 750 cars), medium (1,500 cars) and large (more than 3,000 cars) vessels and operates in the Mediterranean, Continental Europe, United Kingdom and the Baltic.
