MOL joins APL’s Singapore/India service

MOL joins APL’s Singapore/India service

MOL is joining APL’s new weekly Southeast Asia/Indian subcontinent “Singapore Subcontinent Express” at the start of March. MOL will market the service as the “Nhava Sheva Express”.

The service uses two ships of about 1,800 TEUs and calls at Singapore, Colombo, Nhava Sheva and Singapore.

In a related development, calls at Nhava Sheva have been dropped from APL and MOL’s joint weekly “West Asia Express” service. The service now uses five ships of about 4,700 TEUs and has a revised port rotation of Kaohsiung, Busan, Qingdao, Shanghai, Ningbo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Jebel Ali, Fujairah, Singapore and back to Kaohsiung.
