MOL North America’s KPIs improve in January

The liner carrier MOL saw most of its internal regional key performance indicators (KPIs) improve in January from December.
Of 13 KPIs MOL tracks in its North America operations, eight improved, four held steady, and only one declined.
The biggest improvements came in its lost call percentage, which fell from 2.2 percent in December to 1.4 percent in January, and in its U.S. export bill of lading documentation completion rate, which rose from 96.9 percent in December to 98.7 percent in January.
The lone metric to worsen in January was the in-terminal truck turn time at MOL’s Jacksonville, Fla. terminal, which declined from 17 minutes in December to 18 minutes in January.
