MOL to open two Russian offices
Tokyo-based Mitsui O.S.K. Lines said it plans to open offices in Moscow and Vladivostok in April, pending approval from the Russian government.
The Moscow office will cover all of Russia, reporting directly to the Tokyo headquarters. The Vladivostok office has been assigned to cover the Far Eastern coastal areas under the direction of the Moscow office.
