MOL to provide China KPIs in late July

The Japanese container liner will begin tracking invoice and documentation accuracy, as well as vessel on-time departure performance, on a quarterly basis, mirroring its efforts in other regions.

The ocean carrier MOL plans to publish service key performance indicators in China from the end of July on a quarterly basis.
MOL has been publishing similar regional and global KPI data since 2012, including a range of more than one dozen metrics for North American service. The China KPIs include vessel on-time departure performance, documentation accuracy and invoicing accuracy.
The first set of data will cover MOL performance between April and June.
The company’s global KPIs cover its reliability metrics for its worldwide container services, while regional KPIs, such as those planned in China, measure other service aspects of its relationship with customers in that region.
