Monterey Mushrooms uses PECO pallets

Monterey Mushrooms uses PECO pallets    Monterey Mushrooms, North America’s largest grower and shipper of fresh mushrooms, has named PECO Pallet its preferred pallet supplier.
Monterey signed a corporate-level agreement to use PECO’s red block pallets for shipping to wholesale, retail and chain store customers across the United States.
“We ship over 500,000 pounds of fresh mushrooms every day, so we need a pallet supplier who can consistently provide top quality pallets when and where we need them,' said Dan Hager, Monterey's corporate purchasing manager.
Monterey Mushrooms is based in Watsonville, Calif., and produces more than 215 million pounds of fresh mushrooms annually. The company plans to use PECO pallets across its U.S. locations, including farms in California, Texas, Illinois, Tennessee, Pennsylvania and Florida.
