Hapag-Lloyd announces rate hikes
Hapag-Lloyd said it would implement rate hikes on Oct. 1 on several trades as follows:
UASC raises rates, adds Asia/Med surcharge
United Arab Shipping Co. said Monday it is raising rates from the Far East to Arabian Gulf and Indian Subcontinent ports, as well as introducing peak season and overweight surcharges from Asia to the Mediterranean.
Emirates hikes Far East/South Asia rates
Emirates Shipping Line said Tuesday it is raising rates from Far East Asia in September.
