Hanjin to raise Asia/Europe rates
Hanjin Shipping said Friday it is increasing freight rates in the Asia/Europe trade starting Dec. 14.
The Korean carrier will hike rates $200 per 20-foot container and $400 per 40-foot container from the Far East, Southeast Asia and Indian Subcontinent to northern Europe and the Mediterranean.
OOCL hikes Asia-to-Australia rates
OOCL said Thursday it is raising rates from Southeast Asia, the Indian Subcontinent and Middle East to Australia beginning Dec. 15.
The Hong Kong-based carrier will hike rates from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines, Indian Subcontinent and the Middle East to by $250 per 20-foot container.
