ôMSC Napoliö loses another 7 containers
Seven more containers from the grounded containership 'MSC Napoli' floated ashore Thursday afternoon onto England's Devon Coast during bad weather.
The Maritime and Coastguard Agency said a set of three linked 40-foot containers, two 20-foot linked containers and two 40-foot linked boxes were all lost and came ashore in the highly inaccessible and rocky area between Branscombe and Sidmouth. The MCA said that none of the container held any dangerous goods.
Authorities are working together to ensure the area is sealed off from the public to avoid a repeat of last month's looting scenes.
